Dates
The Sunnyvale Cup will be played Tuesdays and Thursdays with finals on Saturday from December 1 - December 13, 2025.
Format
Round Robin, with Championship games on 12/13 (not added to schedule yet).
40 minute halves, 10 minutes halftime. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw.

There will be two sites this year, both in Santa Clara County. Fremont High School is the host school and will be the North site. Gilroy High School will be partnering with Fremont and act as the South site for the 2025 tournament.

In general, Round Robin games will be played at 4 PM (JV) and 6 PM (Varsity) during the week and Saturday games will be played with JV either prior to Varsity or at the same time on a second field (same location). Once we confirm all the teams we will solidify the schedule.
Saturday December 13th will be the Championship games.

Weekday Games (Mon - Thur):
Parking: Teams should park in the Sunnyvale–Saratoga Road parking lot, which is easiest to find if you put 1283 Sunnyvale Saratoga Road Sunnyvale, CA 94087 into your GPS.
Stadium Entrance: Please Use the front stadium entrance, located along the Sunnyvale Saratoga side of the stadium.
Saturday Games:
Parking: Teams should park in the Fremont Avenue parking lot, which is located at the just past where the map will take you if you enter 575 W Fremont Ave. Sunnyvale, CA 94087. The parking lot is covered with solar panels.
Stadium Entrance: You will enter campus next to construction and follow the signage to the back entry of the stadium.

2026 Tournament Plans
Dates: Monday November 30th to Saturday December 12th
Host Schools:
Format: Our goal is to run 4 team pools at both Fremont and Gilroy HS. We are shooting for a minimum of 8 teams participating and a maximum of 16 teams participating. If we have 16 teams we will look to add new host sites. Every team will be get 4 to 5 games in this format. We will not be taking more than 16 teams for the 2026 tournament.
Cost: The entry fee for the 2026 tournament is $700. That guarantees you 4 Varsity games and we are hoping 4 JV games, based on the number of teams who field a JV team in the tournament.
